Refund policy

We want you to love your Tunkara Studio fan. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. As each fan is handmade and entirely unique, we ask that you handle it with care before deciding to return it.

How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will guide you through the process.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items Items that show signs of use or damage will not be accepted for return.
